The Moose Apartments has a life-size Moose statue in the front. The property gate code is provided at check in for entry.

Uniquely situated in Memphis Historical Victorian Village as well as the Medical District. This quiet neighborhood is surrounded by lush tall trees and historic century old restored villas.

The neighborhood is centrally located and provides easy access to all attractions whether with your own car or Uber/Lyft. Parking is available in our gated front parking area. Additional parking at the 24x7 monitored back parking area. Also, there is plenty of street parking available as well.

Parking: There is a 1-car maximum for the limited gated parking lot. Any additional cars are welcome to use complementary rear parking or the street parking. All parking is first-come, first-serve. The parking lot entrance/exit is very narrow for some cars.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet residential property. For comfort of our guests, no parties/gatherings are allowed & quiet hours are strictly followed. Any violations are promptly reported to the local authorities.
